Cancelling Policy

Things go sideways sometimes when you’re traveling around the world, we understand. Should you need to cancel, simply contact us 24 hours prior to departure at 012 675 881 or send a message to our Facebook page! (Cut-off times are based on Cambodia time.)
No refunds are available for any cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to departure, but we will try to re-schedule you if possible.

If the tour is canceled due to poor weather or unforeseen circumstances, you’ll be offered a different date or receive a full refund.

This tour requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different tour date or receive a full refund.
